Shell Survivor: One Fighter Against Endless Alien Hordes

Shell Survivor is a top-down survival shooter that combines fast-paced arena combat with roguelite upgrades. You control a tough little egg fighting purple aliens in a dark graveyard, where your goal is to survive 20 waves and defeat the final boss. Equip up to six weapons, dodge incoming attacks, and collect materials to strengthen your build between battles.

The game features 17 playable characters, 56 weapons, and 136 items, offering plenty of ways to experiment with different combat strategies. Once you complete a run, you can unlock higher Danger levels or challenge yourself in Endless Mode.

How to Survive the Alien Waves

Each run follows a simple cycle: fight enemies, collect resources, upgrade your fighter, and prepare for the next wave.

Fight, Dodge, and Collect Materials

Move around the graveyard while your weapons automatically target and attack approaching enemies. Keep your distance from dangerous aliens, avoid projectiles, and survive until the wave timer reaches zero.

Defeated enemies drop materials that serve as both experience and shop currency. Collect enough to level up and choose one of four stat upgrades. Healing fruit restores health, while crates provide random items you can keep or sell.

As you advance, enemy hordes grow more dangerous, with elite encounters and a final boss waiting on wave 20.

Build Your Six-Weapon Arsenal

Between waves, visit the shop to spend materials on new weapons and items. Choose from guns, blades, explosives, elemental weapons, and equipment that deploys turrets or landmines.

You can carry up to six weapons simultaneously and merge two identical weapons of the same tier into a stronger version, up to tier 4. Use shop rerolls to find better equipment or lock useful items for future purchases.
