About Sorry Bob Game
Sorry Bob is a quirky operation simulation game where you play as an unqualified surgeon trying to keep a patient alive. Instead of smooth medical tools and precise controls, the game gives you clumsy hand movements and awkward physics that make even simple actions surprisingly difficult. Your job is to complete surgical procedures before time runs out or the patient loses too much blood. The twist is that you control each finger of the surgeon’s hand separately, which makes grabbing tools and performing operations feel chaotic and unpredictable.
How the Gameplay Works
In Sorry Bob, you step into the operating room and take control of a floating hand above the patient. Each level has a clear surgical objective, such as removing a damaged organ and replacing it with a new one. To succeed, players must:
- Read the operation objective first
- Carefully pick up medical tools from the table
- Remove damaged organs from the patient
- Insert the correct replacement before the health bar runs out
The patient’s blood level decreases whenever mistakes happen. Moving too fast or grabbing tools incorrectly can cause damage and quickly end the mission.

Tools and Surgery Challenges

Players must grab the right tool carefully and perform the task without causing unnecessary injuries. Removing organs, clearing space, and inserting replacements must all be done before the patient’s health drops to zero.
Why Sorry Bob Is So Challenging
The game intentionally makes coordination difficult. Every finger moves independently, tools slide around due to physics, and small mistakes can quickly drain the patient’s blood. Because of this design, Sorry Bob becomes less about speed and more about control, patience, and careful movements.
